Your competition airbrush is your 2nd most important thing to bring to the stage! Let us highlight all your hard work! Deposit of 50% is required to hold appointment slot. Don’t show up with a first place physique and a fifth-place competition tan! Our Official tanners use Professional Spray Tan Solutions. Book Early! **EACH APPLICATION INCLUDES 1 TO 2 COATS OF OUR PROFESSIONAL SPRAY TANNING OVERNIGHT SOLUTION OR PROFESSIONAL TOP COAT SOLUTION, FULL-BODY COLOR, FACE TAN, ADDITIONAL CONTOURING, ROLLING, & FULL-BODY POWDER APPLICATION.** We will provide you the easiest and highest quality tan possible. Everything is on site so there is no running all over town! Our team is with you until you step on the stage providing touch ups and glazing all the way to the end. Our Professional Spray Tanning Solutions have a proven track record, having tanned countless pros and has certfied professionals on staff applying your tan. Don’t risk a bad tan! After purchasing your tan, you will receive a correspondence from Let’s Glow Girls within 2 weeks before the show to schedule your tanning appointments.
Cancellation Policy
⏰✨ Let’s Glow Girls PSU – Cancellation & No-Show Policy Effective Date: [Insert Today’s Date] Location: State College, PA At Let’s Glow Girls PSU, your time—and ours—is valuable. We’re all about glow-ups, not ghosting. To provide the best experience possible and respect everyone's schedule, the following policies apply to all appointments. 💖 Cancellations We get it—life happens! But if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. * Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance = no problem, no charge. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $30 cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. * Repeat last-minute cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings. 🙅♀️ No-Shows No-call, no-show? That’s a no-go. * No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service booked. * If your card declines, you may be required to pay the outstanding fee before rebooking. * 2 or more no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. We want to glow with you—but we also need mutual respect. 📲 Appointment Reminders We send text and/or email reminders 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or cancel through our booking system to avoid penalties. 💸 Deposits Some services (especially mobile or bridal) may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. If you cancel late or no-show, this deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 💁♀️ Running Late? We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee or cancellation fee may apply. 💬 Need to Cancel?
