Location: State College, PA At Let’s Glow Girls PSU, your time—and ours—is valuable. We’re all about glow-ups, not ghosting. To provide the best experience possible and respect everyone's schedule, the following policies apply to all appointments. 💖 Cancellations We get it—life happens! But if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. * Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance = no problem, no charge. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $30 cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. * Repeat last-minute cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings. 🙅‍♀️ No-Shows No-call, no-show? That’s a no-go. * No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service booked. * If your card declines, you may be required to pay the outstanding fee before rebooking. * 2 or more no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. We want to glow with you—but we also need mutual respect. 📲 Appointment Reminders We send text and/or email reminders 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or cancel through our booking system to avoid penalties. 💸 Deposits Some services (especially mobile or bridal) may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. If you cancel late or no-show, this deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 💁‍♀️ Running Late? We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee or cancellation fee may apply. 💬 Need to Cancel? Email us at info@letsglowgirlspsu.com or cancel through our online booking system. DMs are not a reliable method for cancellations—we don’t always see them in time! Because glowing skin is best served with clear communication. ✨
